What if my painting or print gets damaged in transit?
All my prints are sent from a third party provider. If in the unlikely case you receive a print you that has been damaged or misprinted, please send an email to preabhandariart@gmail.com with photo evidence. I will happily replace the print free of charge and send you a new one immediately!

-
Redo the painting for you free of charge. (Please note, the replacement painting will never be exactly the same as the original, especially if it is an abstract acrylic pour painting).
-
Provide you with a full refund.
I really like those signature wax seals you use, but the painting I ordered doesn't have one. Why is this, and can I request one?
I only put my signature wax seals on my portraits, as those have a definite orientation that they will be hung in. I don't initially put them on any abstract pieces as I like to give the buyer the freedom to hang the painting in any orientation they'd like. However, if you would like to request a wax seal to be put on your abstract piece, please put this in the note when purchasing a painting, or sent me an email. You can specify what orientation you prefer and I'll create the seal for you before sending you the painting, free of charge!
