"Exultation" is an original portrait painting from my 2021 solo exhibition, Euphoria. Using a combination of acrylic fluid art and traditional oil painting techniques, this piece depicts my portrayal of the feelings you experience when you realize you have overcome an obstacle or hardship. It was created by first using acrylic paint to produce the facade of an effortlessly fluid background, then with oil paint to complete the figure. It has been hand stretched over heavy duty pine stretcher bars by yours truly, and finished with an archival UV resistant gloss varnish. It's vibrantly colorful, made with love and ready to adorn any room you wish!
